Bamboo
Bamboo
can be found in tropical regions of the world. It grows as a stalk
with bamboo leaf shoots protruding from it. The bamboo stalk once
cut down will not grow again, as only the leaf shoots themselves
keep producing. The protruding bamboo shoots can be cut at their
base and put into water to re-grow to become stalks themselves and
produce shoots of their leafy shoots of their own.
Bamboo is used for a variety of products throughout the world.
Because of its strong nature, it is used in tropical areas for the
erecting of buildings and as building material. It is also used
to make bamboo furniture, flooring and other products for your home.
